I was teaching a soul healing group at a center for women at risk of homelessness where I work and we had a new participant one day.
I was teaching her how soul healing works, with forgiveness practice and the four power techniques, body power, soul power, mind power, and sound power. I was explaining how you can apply forgiveness and soul healing everyday to help transform all your concerns and challenges. One of the participants spoke and said to this new women, "you know how we clean our house, and we have to clean everyday to keep the house clean, well you have to clean your heart too, and you have to keep on cleaning it to wash away the hurts; forgiveness and soul healing does that". I though wow, this is such a profound analogy. We all know we need to clean our external world regularly. We clean our bodies, hair, teeth daily, we clean our homes, clothing, cars etc. We pay a lot of attention to cleaning our external world, but do we do not usually think about cleaning our hearts. Dr and Master Sha and Dr Rulin Xiu in their new book, Soul Mind Body Science System: Grand Unification Theory and Practice for Healing, Rejuvenation, Longevity, and Immortality, on page 38, explains, "In order for healing or any action to occur in any aspect of life, the soul first gives a message. The heart must be inspired enough to accept the souls message and deliver it to the mind. If the heart is not inspired or ignores the message of the soul, things will not happen. Blockages could occur. Therefor, the heart plays a vital role in accomplishing any life task". May we all practice cleaning our hearts and pay as much attention to cleaning our hearts, as we do our bodies and our homes, may it become as automatic as cleaning our teeth every morning and night.
May our hearts receive our souls messages with joy and anticipation at the prospect of utilizing our souls highest potentials of service in this life time. Thank you Master Sha for being our guiding light and showing us the way. I love you, honor you, and thank you with all my heart for what you have offered me, my family, friends, ancestors, pets and all souls, it is beyond words.
I was in my office at work last week and I heard one of the residents walking down the hallway heading to her room and she was sobbing, I had not seen her cry before, she had always held her head high and always made a strong face despite her adversity.
I went to her and asked her what was wrong, and she expressed to me how much physical, mental, emotional, spiritual pain she was in, she said she couldn't bear the non-stop pain that she suffered in each moment.
She told me of the many trauma's that had taken place in her life, there was a long list of them. (This same woman had also the week before, told me that 15 years ago in her country she had a privileged life, she had a maid, gardeners, money, a family and she had a happy and good life, before everything went wrong).
When she was telling me her story, she said when she prayed she had flash backs of her life, ... she had a strong devotion, but even in prayer she was experiencing deep pain. She kept saying to me, why? Why do I have so much pain? I have never hurt anyone, why have I been so punished? So many things, one thing after another has gone wrong in my life, but I am a good person, I have not hurt anyone, why has everything gone so wrong?
Many people can, and do experience this type of confusion. Why do some people suffer so much, and why are others privileged? Why did this person get cancer...he is such a good person,...why did this happen to me,..why, why why?
When I was 24 a young Chinese boy at my workplace randomly said to me, Leonie would you like to have this book? The book was named "Many Lives, many Masters, by Brian Weiss, and it was about past lives. I read the book, and I had no doubt in my mind or heart that we have had previous lifetimes, it was the first time things made sense to me, it was the first time I had a vague understanding of a bigger concept to life.
Master Sha teaches us that "the root cause of success and failure in every aspect of life is karma"
Karma is a universal law. Karma is the record of your service in all your lifetimes, from your every action, deed, behavior, word and thought. In each moment we are either creating good karma or bad karma.
If you have done good deeds, you will receive the benefits of those deeds in your present and future lifetimes. If you have offered unpleasant service, bad karma has been created and is carried by your soul from lifetime to lifetime. Bad karma is a spiritual debt that must be paid. This debt is paid by the blockages and suffering in various aspects of life, such as health, relationships, finances, etc.
Our lives are spent trying to balance our good and bad karma, often unknowingly, as it was in my own personal experience,..and also in the case of the lady I have spoken about above, who can not understand why she suffers so much when she has, in her mind, done nothing wrong. I can tell you that I have carried a lot of karma forth into this lifetime in practically every aspect of my life, which was a heavy burden on my soul, heart, mind and body. Also i did not like learning my lessons because they were painful so I continued to create more karma through more negative emotions, thoughts and when I was younger negative actions as well.
Since meeting Master Sha I have been given the tools to transform my karma, through practices including forgiveness practice, chanting divine mantra's, offering service, receiving services and blessings from Master Sha, his Divine Channels, soul healers and teachers.
I can not begin to describe how different I feel inside, and how much my experience of life has transformed. I am forever and beyond grateful to Master Sha for showing me how to transform my karma so i do not have to continue endure many more lifetimes of suffering.
If you would like to learn more about karma, you can read chapter 2 of The Power of Soul, and you can also register for the "Understanding Karma", self-paced online course through the Soul Power Institute.
All of Master Sha's books offer sacred wisdom and practical techniques to help us to transform our soul, mind, body blockages which are, ultimately the result of our karma.
I have received a number of soul readings over the past few years from Master Sha's Divine Channels to me help understand what I need to transform within myself, and very often it is highlighted that I need to develop self-compassion.
I find compassion towards others mostly comes quiet naturally, and if it doesn't I can usually find a way to shift my perspective to find compassion, but when I was asked to find it for myself it really didn't compute, and I actually couldn't work out how to show myself more compassion.
I remember thinking, hmmm, maybe I should go and do something like have a facial or a massage, or a weekend away or buy a new dress. Pretty funny thoughts, I would never suggest to someone in need of compassion to have a weekend away or go have a facial, I would open my heart to them and offer them my love and let them know I cared, I would do my best to be present for them. I think many people do not know how to offer themselves compassion, and that they replace that lack of self-love, acceptance, compassion with anything external to try to make them feel better. Recently through my own personal flow it was expressed again that I still needed to focus on this area of self-compassion. What was very exciting about my flow was, that I received guidance on how to do it!
My guidance was to use the Source Ling Guang Calligraphy, Da Ci Bei, (Greatest Compassion), and invoke the calligraphy, the saints, saints animals and heavens treasures connected to the calligraphy to bless and develop my self-compassion. The divine way, the way of Tao is extremely simple. I started to chant with the Da Ci Bei calligraphy that very day while I was driving to work, it produced such a beautiful, warm, safe and comfortable feeling, I felt like I had been waiting for that feeling all my life. Chanting with the calligraphy gave me so many insights into the effects I have been having upon my soul, heart, mind and body through my self-criticism and judgements, and my blockages began to melt away immediately.
For most of my life I have lacked energy, and no matter what I ate, what vitamins, Chinese herbs, homeopathic's, how much yoga, exercise or healing I did, I have never been able to create the type of energy to feel vibrant, (although my energy has increased exponentially since applying soul healing) I think it is no co-incidence that Master Sha teaches us, "compassion boosts energy, stamina, vitality and immunity",..and that I have a lack of self-compassion and also a lack of energy, stamina, vitality and immunity.
If you also lack energy, stamina, vitality, and immunity or could do with more self-compassion, if you would like to experience the power, beauty and grace of the Source Ling Guang Calligraphy Da Ci Bei, you can find it and another 8 incredible healing calligraphy's in Master Sha's Soul Healing Miracles Book. I highly recommend using these healing treasures, they are such a powerful and beautiful way to heal yourself.
"I have the power to heal myself. You have the power to heal yourself. Together we have the power to heal the world"
