I was in my office at work last week and I heard one of the residents walking down the hallway heading to her room and she was sobbing, I had not seen her cry before, she had always held her head high and always made a strong face despite her adversity.
I went to her and asked her what was wrong, and she expressed to me how much physical, mental, emotional, spiritual pain she was in, she said she couldn't bear the non-stop pain that she suffered in each moment.
She told me of the many trauma's that had taken place in her life, there was a long list of them. (This same woman had also the week before, told me that 15 years ago in her country she had a privileged life, she had a maid, gardeners, money, a family and she had a happy and good life, before everything went wrong).
When she was telling me her story, she said when she prayed she had flash backs of her life, ... she had a strong devotion, but even in prayer she was experiencing deep pain. She kept saying to me, why? Why do I have so much pain? I have never hurt anyone, why have I been so punished? So many things, one thing after another has gone wrong in my life, but I am a good person, I have not hurt anyone, why has everything gone so wrong?
Many people can, and do experience this type of confusion. Why do some people suffer so much, and why are others privileged? Why did this person get cancer...he is such a good person,...why did this happen to me,..why, why why?
When I was 24 a young Chinese boy at my workplace randomly said to me, Leonie would you like to have this book? The book was named "Many Lives, many Masters, by Brian Weiss, and it was about past lives. I read the book, and I had no doubt in my mind or heart that we have had previous lifetimes, it was the first time things made sense to me, it was the first time I had a vague understanding of a bigger concept to life.
Master Sha teaches us that "the root cause of success and failure in every aspect of life is karma"
Karma is a universal law. Karma is the record of your service in all your lifetimes, from your every action, deed, behavior, word and thought. In each moment we are either creating good karma or bad karma.
If you have done good deeds, you will receive the benefits of those deeds in your present and future lifetimes. If you have offered unpleasant service, bad karma has been created and is carried by your soul from lifetime to lifetime.
Bad karma is a spiritual debt that must be paid. This debt is paid by the blockages and suffering in various aspects of life, such as health, relationships, finances, etc.
Our lives are spent trying to balance our good and bad karma, often unknowingly, as it was in my own personal experience,..and also in the case of the lady I have spoken about above, who can not understand why she suffers so much when she has, in her mind, done nothing wrong.
I can tell you that I have carried a lot of karma forth into this lifetime in practically every aspect of my life, which was a heavy burden on my soul, heart, mind and body. Also i did not like learning my lessons because they were painful so I continued to create more karma through more negative emotions, thoughts and when I was younger negative actions as well.
Since meeting Master Sha I have been given the tools to transform my karma, through practices including forgiveness practice, chanting divine mantra's, offering service, receiving services and blessings from Master Sha, his Divine Channels, soul healers and teachers.
I can not begin to describe how different I feel inside, and how much my experience of life has transformed. I am forever and beyond grateful to Master Sha for showing me how to transform my karma so i do not have to continue endure many more lifetimes of suffering.
If you would like to learn more about karma, you can read chapter 2 of The Power of Soul, and you can also register for the "Understanding Karma", self-paced online course through the Soul Power Institute.
All of Master Sha's books offer sacred wisdom and practical techniques to help us to transform our soul, mind, body blockages which are, ultimately the result of our karma.
Very well written Leonie ... enjoyed it and looking forward to your next blog!!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful blog post Leonie! Lately I keep speaking to friends who all seem to be deeply struggling with different issues in their lives but are loving souls. This is a great reminder that there is more to life than what meets the eye. My life truly changed when I learnt further about karma and it being from all lifetimes when I read Soul Wisdom by Master Sha. thank you for sharing xx
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing Lillian, understanding karma at the depth that Master Sha teaches is so enlightening and empowering. It has also helped me to be able to accept the suffering in the world, to see pain as lessons not as punishment and to understand we have created our own life lessons. The best thing is that we have received the tools to help transform our karma and help others transform theirs. I am for ever grateful.
